Supports the day-to-day operation and culture of IDEO’s Chicago studio through calendaring, hospitality, logistics, supplies, meeting and event coordination, and workplace preparation. The role welcomes clients and visitors, coordinates travel logistics, resolves room and catering conflicts, develops vendor relationships, and creates on-brand experiences. It requires strong organization, prioritization, empathy, resilience, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, in-person creative environment.

Supports IDEO’s London business development pipeline by qualifying opportunities, coordinating proposals and client meetings, managing CRM data, tracking sales KPIs, conducting market and client research, and supporting lead generation, account planning, and pitch development. The role collaborates with design, leadership, marketing, legal, and finance teams to progress new and existing client work.

Lead multidisciplinary interaction design projects from research and framing through prototyping and delivery. Set design direction, create digital and physical experiences, explore conversational and agentic UX, and use Figma, code, and AI-assisted tools to prototype and test ideas. Manage project plans, resources, and milestones; facilitate client collaboration; present design narratives; mentor designers; and contribute to proposals. The role requires strong human-centred design, accessibility, usability testing, stakeholder management, and interaction design craft.
