Leads hands-on protein expression, purification, characterization, and troubleshooting for drug-discovery programs. Supervises and develops research scientists, coordinates CRO activities, ensures delivery of high-quality protein reagents, and collaborates with Bioassays, Biophysics, Structural Biology, Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, and Data Science teams. The role is onsite four days per week in South San Francisco.

Leads clinical trial material supply chain activities for global oncology programs, including forecasting, inventory management, sourcing, packaging, labeling, distribution, returns, destruction, and IRT systems. Oversees external packaging, depot, courier, CRO, and distribution partners while ensuring GMP/GDP/GCP compliance. Collaborates with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, QC, Regulatory, Finance, and Program Management to mitigate supply risks and support timely delivery of investigational drugs to clinical sites.

Leads the launch and adoption of darovasertib across a territory covering Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. Develops sophisticated account and referral strategies, builds relationships with oncology stakeholders, translates clinical data into compliant product education, and partners with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services. Uses analytics to prioritize accounts and informs commercial strategy while managing CRM reporting, budgets, compliance, and extensive field travel.
