Lead the architecture and evolution of a state motor vehicle department’s enterprise application suite. Establish application architecture, coding standards, development processes, migration roadmaps, and technical documentation. Guide complex software design, releases, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and defect resolution while ensuring alignment with system, database, network, and security architectures.
