Support marketing calendar and cross-functional alignment for AirDoctor. Manage content strategy, organize brand assets, write meeting notes, oversee projects in Asana, and create/manage creative briefs to meet deadlines and ensure consistent execution across channels.

Manage end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment across domestic and international operations, including 3PL warehouse performance, inventory planning, procurement support, ocean/air freight coordination, customs/import documentation, and ecommerce marketplace execution. Maintain systems integration (WMS/OMS/ERP), operational reporting accuracy, SLA performance during peak events, and drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Recruit, onboard, activate, and grow affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand advocates across social platforms. Manage partner pipelines, onboarding, campaign execution, product seeding, tracking, and reporting to drive acquisition and revenue. Coordinate with Brand, Ecommerce, Retail, and PR teams to support launches and retail initiatives while optimizing partner performance.
