Provides executive leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management. Translates company strategy into integrated operating plans, owns on-time delivery and cross-functional execution, establishes performance governance, manages operational risks, champions lean continuous improvement, and develops senior operational leaders. The role partners with Finance and functional leaders on budgets, capacity, quality, customer commitments, and sustainable organizational growth.

Provides hands-on technical and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary engineering team in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Oversees project execution, systems-level design, engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs, process improvement, technical problem solving, performance measurement, and employee development. Partners with Manufacturing, Production, Sales, and leadership to deliver practical, manufacturable, high-quality solutions. Leads AI-assisted engineering workflow adoption, ensures ISO 9001 compliance, and drives continuous improvement across the product life cycle.

Leads acceptance testing for complex motion test and simulation systems, including centrifuges, rate tables, and multi-axis simulators. Develops test plans, procedures, acceptance criteria, and test methods; coordinates multidisciplinary testing; troubleshoots technical issues; analyzes and documents results; and ensures compliance with customer requirements. Provides technical guidance, trains team members, supports project schedules, and represents the company when reviewing test results with customers. Extensive domestic and international travel is required.

Develops and maintains technical manuals, procedures, work instructions, reports, and related documentation for aerospace motion test and simulation systems. Collaborates with engineering, testing, manufacturing, field service, and program teams to translate complex technical information into accurate customer and internal materials. Manages documentation standards, revisions, technical information gaps, system delivery support, and documentation for installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities.
