Leads strategic benefits and wellness planning for more than 10,000 employees across four states. Oversees benefits administration, wellness programs, compliance, budgets, vendor partnerships, and multiple teams. Advises senior leadership on market competitiveness, recruitment and retention impact, equity, cost savings, and program performance. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, evaluates initiatives, manages team performance, and supports organizational expansion and strategic priorities.

Provides clerical and administrative support to school principals by managing correspondence, phone calls, emails, calendars, events, meetings, logistics, credit-card reconciliation, and monthly expense reports. The role requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced educational environment.

Supervises students before and after school, during arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal to maintain a safe, orderly environment. Supports student behavior management, assists with cafeteria needs, communicates concerns to administrators, and helps keep lunch schedules on track. The role is part-time and requires reliable, flexible, fair, and effective communication with students and staff.
