Provides front-office support at a charter school by greeting visitors, assisting families, managing phone calls, verifying campus access, coordinating student pickups, maintaining forms and records, transferring documents confidentially, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff. The receptionist also supports student recruitment, communicates announcements, delivers customer service, and serves as a backup Nurse/Health Aide.

Supervise students before and after school, during arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal to maintain a safe, orderly environment. Assist with cafeteria routines, food containers, cleanliness, and student behavior management. Monitor student conduct, communicate concerns to administrators, support scheduled lunch operations, and perform related duties. The role requires strong communication, fairness, flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to student safety and success.
