The Media Coordinator will support media campaigns from planning to execution, using media tools and optimizing results. They should have a strong foundation in media planning and buying and possess good communication skills.

Support client social media programs by composing and curating content, executing strategy, creating/editing written, photo and video assets, maintaining brand voice, building editorial calendars, monitoring trends, engaging with audiences, and reporting on analytics. Hybrid 20-hour/week internship (Sept 1–Dec 18) with majority in-office attendance and potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Support agency project workflows by tracking timelines and deliverables in ClickUp, coordinating production and vendors, assisting budget and time tracking, maintaining SOPs and shared systems, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating cross-team communication.

Support the media team with campaign planning, execution, reporting, and business development tasks. Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term projects while learning from the Media Director and cross-functional team. Gain hands-on advertising experience in a hybrid agency environment.

Work as a Creative Design Intern on print and digital materials, retouch images, follow brand guidelines, prepare client pitch decks, and develop design concepts under the Creative Director while building a professional portfolio in a hybrid agency environment.

The Project Management Intern will support project tracking, workflow coordination, budget tracking, and cross-team collaboration to ensure operational efficiency within the agency.
