Develop new business by prospecting, building executive relationships, identifying customer needs, and positioning company solutions. Manage territory strategies, sales pipelines, forecasts, proposals, demonstrations, CRM records, events, and customer follow-up. Collaborate with marketing, product, proposal, and leadership teams to support revenue growth. Regular travel and participation in conferences and networking events are required, with hybrid work based in Herndon, Virginia.

Lead multiple concurrent technical projects from requirements through deployment and customer acceptance. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder communications. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders. Facilitate requirements sessions, demonstrations, and solution reviews; support deployment and adoption. Use AI-enabled tools to improve planning, documentation, analysis, communication, delivery speed, and customer outcomes.
