Leads IDC’s Egypt audience development team supporting META-region conferences and events. Responsibilities include securing attendee registrations, speakers, affiliations, and partnerships through outreach and tele-calling; managing contact databases; analyzing attendance, demographics, feedback, and engagement metrics; and collaborating with marketing and events teams. The role also involves mentoring staff, providing customer service, improving outreach strategies, and occasionally attending events outside standard working hours.

Conduct software market research, industry analysis, data management, transformation, modeling, visualization, market sizing, and forecasting. Support consulting projects and develop expertise in software vendors and market dynamics while collaborating with global teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with business intelligence and emerging GenAI tools.

Support, administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across the organization. Responsibilities include incident resolution, access management, business requirements analysis, D365 configuration, data migration, testing, release deployments, process automation, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. The role also coordinates with vendors and Microsoft support while contributing to Agile projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
