Owns retail and residential showroom sales from initial customer contact through booked job, including quoting, product education, follow-up, closing, and CRM documentation. Captures and routes incoming leads, coordinates with scheduling, service, and installation teams, performs occasional job checks and site measurements, and enters presold orders. Maintains an organized, stocked showroom and represents the company brand. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
