Teams at IDBC Group

Leads the end-to-end supply chain and logistics organization, including planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Develops strategy, manages large multi-layered teams and budgets, drives network redesign, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement, and oversees KPI-based performance. Partners with senior leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance and fostering a high-performance culture.

Coordinate order-to-delivery activities: manage quotations and orders in ERP, monitor production and shipments, resolve material shortages, communicate with customers, prepare reports, support pricing, invoices, SAP usage, and process improvement initiatives.

Provide eCommerce consulting and process recommendations, coordinate stakeholders for solution design and implementation, manage project communication and escalations, create training and presales materials, run workshops and presentations, and support service conception, implementation and internal optimization efforts.
