Supports procure-to-pay and accounts payable processes by resolving invoice, purchase order, vendor, system, and data transmission issues. Manages user access in Ariba or Amazon systems, coordinates with IT, vendors, suppliers, and finance teams on system bugs and updates, analyzes vendor accounts, resolves B2B issues, and prepares 1099 tax forms.

Develops and maintains automated web and API tests using Java, Selenium, and REST Assured. Integrates testing into Jenkins and Git CI/CD pipelines, analyzes reports, investigates defects, prepares test data, and supports manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Collaborates with QA, Development, Product, and DevOps teams throughout Agile delivery, performs root-cause analysis, participates in code reviews, and supports release validation and quality gates. AI-assisted testing and MCP integrations are important aspects of the role.

Lead a People Operations team, communicate company information, foster a productive workplace, plan staffing needs, support recruiting and onboarding, and manage employee performance and development. The role requires fluent French and English, leadership experience, strong communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management, customer orientation, basic project management knowledge, and familiarity with HR and business applications.
