Lead the implementation and administration of Controlled Unclassified Information requirements, including policy development, information marking and safeguarding, stakeholder coordination, contractor flow-downs, audits, self-assessments, training, metrics, and breach reporting. The role advises management and contractors, manages program milestones and budgets, responds to regulatory changes, and supports DOE compliance. Requires U.S. citizenship, a DOE Q clearance, and classification analyst certification.

Design, implement, and support the MOOSE multiphysics computational framework; develop AI and agentic workflows for nuclear energy design and licensing; optimize large-scale simulations using parallel computing and GPUs; generate synthetic data and integrate surrogate models; collaborate with government, laboratory, industry, academic, and international partners; and provide technical leadership through publications, proposals, reports, and program development.

Conduct nuclear cybersecurity research for U.S. and international partners under experienced researcher mentorship. Investigate cyber threat intelligence, defensive security, OT security, cyber-physical analysis, supply-chain security, incident response, and security testing for current and next-generation nuclear facilities. Collaborate with nuclear operators, developers, regulators, laboratories, and universities while communicating technical findings and working independently within a distributed team.
