Supervise Digital Experience Systems Analysts and lead IT projects supporting member-facing and team applications. Set priorities, troubleshoot complex system issues, coordinate releases and change deployments, oversee system updates, and implement application enhancements. Manage reporting, operational processes, documentation, compliance, budgets, and deadlines while partnering with Product Management, Software Development, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders. Mentor team members, support professional development, and ensure effective helpdesk-related communications and processes.
