Assist customers with cruise bookings through phone, email, chat, and online booking tools. Handle inbound sales and service calls, conduct outbound follow-ups, process supplier payments, educate customers about travel products, and upsell additional offerings. The role requires destination knowledge, strong sales and customer service skills, multitasking across multiple software applications, flexible scheduling, and meeting monthly sales and service goals.

Own data science initiatives end to end, from defining business problems and analyzing complex travel datasets to developing, validating, deploying, and evolving statistical and machine learning solutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to generate actionable insights, production models, forecasts, recommendations, and measurable business value. Clearly communicate findings, assumptions, limitations, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
