Installs, configures, commissions, and maintains company products at customer sites. Provides on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoots hardware and basic software issues, performs preventive maintenance, demonstrates product usage, coordinates issue resolution, and maintains service documentation. Regular customer-site travel is required.

Engages existing customers, gathers feedback, resolves queries, maintains relationship records, and identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role follows up on customer needs, coordinates internally to resolve concerns, introduces relevant products and services, and shares customer insights to support retention, satisfaction, and business growth.

Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for microcontroller-based systems using RTOS and bare-metal environments. Build drivers, communication stacks, bootloaders, BSPs, and secure firmware updates while optimizing performance, power, and memory. Lead hardware bring-up, PCB and hardware-software integration, schematic reviews, debugging, and validation using lab equipment. Collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams, document designs, mentor junior engineers, and guide architecture and design decisions.

Assist with 3D modeling, engineering drawings, sheet metal components, mechanical assemblies, BOMs, DXF files, prototype validation, testing, documentation, and design revisions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to apply design-for-manufacturability principles and improve product designs while gaining hands-on experience under professional guidance.
