As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with business goals, manage talent acquisition, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies while enhancing company culture and engagement.

Manage and supervise a warehouse shift team to meet operational goals, enforce health and safety, communicate with customers, monitor KPIs, run audits, and drive continuous improvement. Schedule workforce and equipment, provide coaching and training, and ensure procedures and quality standards are followed.

Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design and multi-site rollout, migrate legacy WMS/TMS/WES/WCS, define processes and standards, validate warehouse hardware and automation, manage integrations, testing, cutover, go-live stabilization, documentation, and mentor internal teams.
