Operates powered industrial equipment to load, unload, stack, stage, store, and prepare products for shipment in a distribution center or storage yard. Performs equipment inspections, maintains inventory accuracy, conducts physical inventories, ensures stock rotation, reports damage or quality variances, and follows OSHA, GMP, company safety, and housekeeping standards. Coordinates with customer service, transportation, and maintenance teams while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Coordinate shift materials, packaging, and personnel to meet production schedules. Train and assign lift operators and line leads, generate documentation and labels, manage returns, enforce GMP and 5S, monitor equipment inventory, and support supervisors resolving issues.

The Operations Supervisor manages team workflows, ensures safety and efficiency, coaches staff, and serves as a link to upper management.
