Manages multi-site supply chain operations across warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation. Oversees performance, safety, customer relations, continuous improvement, staffing, labor costs, budgets, P&L, compliance, reporting, and associate development. Requires substantial 3PL, distribution, warehouse, transportation, and high-volume e-commerce management experience, along with proficiency in WMS, databases, performance metrics, and office software.

Manages warehouse shipping and receiving flow, including carrier appointments, tractor and trailer check-in/out, outbound load processing, shipment verification, audits, inventory tracking, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate records, communicates with internal teams, follows safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, and supports daily staffing and operational needs.

Owns end-to-end solution architecture and platform governance for Tecsys Elite WMS. Leads warehouse process design, integrations, configuration standards, implementation planning, testing, cutover, go-live, support, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates technical and operational stakeholders, manages risks and escalations, mentors internal teams, oversees integrations with enterprise and warehouse automation systems, and establishes reusable deployment patterns across customer sites.
