Night-shift lead responsible for training and certifying new LTOs, operating industrial powered lift trucks, managing floor inventory and material supply, assisting supervisors with planning and directing work, enforcing GMP and safety policies, and acting as supervisor in their absence.

Coordinates production work orders and transfers, verifies product accuracy and client specifications, monitors productivity and efficiency, ensures procedures are followed, manages product flow and staging, closes work orders, reviews timesheets, and communicates issues to supervisors. Requires production planning, quality verification, computer literacy, schedule flexibility, and overtime availability.

Performs quality control inspections for finished goods, pallets, boxes, and inbound/outbound shipments. Verifies SKUs, quantities, packaging, labeling, bills of materials, and production instructions. Manages damages, enters and transposes data, and ensures orders meet client standards before shipment or putaway. The role requires warehouse work, prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, multitasking, flexible scheduling, and occasional overtime.
