Design, deploy, and maintain generative AI solutions and ML pipelines. Fine-tune and operationalize LLMs on AWS, use Snowflake for feature engineering, ensure security/compliance, monitor and optimize model performance, and document processes while collaborating with cloud, AI, and MLOps teams.

Perform actuarial analyses, prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports, manage and improve departmental processes, support projects and reinsurance analytics (pricing, reserving, data evaluation), and develop tools, documentation, and cross-functional relationships to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Handle complex California workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Communicate with stakeholders, direct defense counsel, manage reserves and benefits, and use litigation and settlement strategies. Serve as SME, mentor colleagues, support specialty handling for catastrophic or long-duration claims, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate claims data, and continuously improve processes and technical skills.
