Lead and supervise the Premium Audit team, manage audit workflows, coordinate with field and cross-functional teams, develop procedures and training, ensure data quality and compliance, oversee staffing and performance management, and support system automation and reporting to Finance and Underwriting.

Acts as primary contact between insureds, brokers, and internal teams to manage claims accounts, resolve issues, coordinate claim reviews, analyze account trends, mentor junior staff, and support renewals and client meetings while delivering excellent customer service.

Lead, train, and develop a team of Underwriting Assistants to ensure accurate, timely policy processing, issuance, endorsements, account management, and underwriting support for Workers' Compensation and Commercial Lines. Monitor quality and workflow, audit files, coach staff, resolve escalations, partner with operations and underwriting leadership to improve processes, and manage hiring, performance, and development activities to meet service and compliance standards.
