Leads enterprise AI and cloud architecture, defining standards for RAG, agentic workflows, model serving, MLOps, responsible AI, and AWS solutions. Designs scalable serverless, microservices, API, and event-driven systems; evaluates AI technologies; oversees application modernization and rationalization; and provides technical mentorship. The role also establishes governance, security, cost optimization, documentation, roadmaps, and architecture reviews while partnering with business and technology stakeholders.

Leads strategic direction, lifecycle management, development, pricing, compliance, and performance of insurance products. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, legal, compliance, claims, distribution, and technology teams to develop roadmaps, analyze profitability and market trends, implement product and regulatory changes, and drive growth and operational objectives across jurisdictions.

Handles moderate to highly complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating exposure, managing reserves and benefits, negotiating settlements, directing defense counsel, monitoring litigation costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing status reports, and developing resolution strategies for complex medical, litigated, fatality, permanent total disability, and long-duration claims. The role also mentors less experienced examiners and provides technical guidance.
