Manage and optimize a multi-account AWS environment supporting production healthcare applications and analytics platforms. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure administration, CI/CD and infrastructure automation, observability, incident response, on-call support, disaster recovery validation, HIPAA/HiTrust compliance, IAM and security controls, and support for containerized Java and Python applications. The role also contributes to Kubernetes and EKS modernization initiatives and partners with developers to resolve complex production issues.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, meet territory quotas, expand existing accounts, develop new business, and provide limited post-sale implementation support. The role requires clinical and technical expertise in infusion therapy, product trials, competitive positioning, customer presentations, and collaboration with hospital clinicians and supply chain contacts. This remote, field-based position requires a valid driver’s license and travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Provides second-level desktop support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile, printing, conferencing, and operating-system issues. Manages incidents, service requests, assets, access provisioning, documentation, compliance, security procedures, maintenance, and IT service-management records. Supports projects, audits, process development, and status reporting while minimizing downtime and meeting SLA and ITIL standards. The role requires independent work and may include 24/7 on-site support.
