Responsibilities include PL/SQL development, Sterling B2B process and mapping, technical design, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, reporting, forms development, and integration issue resolution. The role supports finance and supply chain modules, participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders.

Provides quality engineering support for medical device hardware and consumable development. Responsibilities include CAPA investigations, risk management, design verification, validation, design reviews, design transfers, audits, regulatory compliance, Design History File maintenance, and resolution of on-market product issues. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and application of medical device quality systems and standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDSAP, EU MDR, and FDA requirements.

Supervise and coach service technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and timely repair and delivery of electromechanical medical devices. Manage compliance with QMS/global regulations, support audits, analyze repair data, drive continuous improvement with Lean 6S, and liaise with R&D and manufacturing engineering.
