Lead and scale the Sales Engineering organization, run hands-on technical pre-sales (demos, POCs, security reviews, RFPs), recruit and mentor Sales Engineers, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, support enterprise evaluations and integrations, and influence product roadmap and technical enablement to drive adoption of iCOUNTER's cyber-intelligence platform.

Sell iCOUNTERs CTOS and threat-intelligence SaaS into Department of War accounts: identify and close deals, manage complex federal procurements, build executive relationships, deliver briefings and demos, develop account plans, and inform product and GTM strategy while working with partners and technical teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for an AI-native threat intelligence platform. Translate AI/ML research into customer features, drive product-market fit and revenue, build and scale the product organization, manage product P&L, and partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market and strategy for enterprise security customers.
