Drives continuous improvement across fulfilment centre operations by analysing processes and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, coordinating improvement projects, creating process maps and SOPs, supporting training, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The role also manages onboarding support, training records, certifications, and fulfilment centre tours while promoting safe, consistent, and operationally effective ways of working.

Lead the strategy, operation, security, resilience, and modernization of hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Oversee enterprise and cloud networking, core systems, identity platforms, monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, compliance controls, and cost optimization. Manage and coach a small technical team while driving operational excellence, automation, change governance, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
