Grow revenue across automotive aftermarket products by acquiring new dealer, distributor, and installer accounts while expanding existing business. Responsibilities include prospecting, account planning, consultative selling, negotiating programs, onboarding customers, managing pipelines and forecasts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, analyzing sales data, maintaining CRM records, and communicating customer feedback across internal teams.

Performs repetitive bench and production-line assembly of various shock models. Duties include subassembly, packaging, hardware kitting, force fitting, fastening, machine operation, and working across multiple production stations. Uses presses, compressors, saws, crimpers, lathes, parts washers, vises, and hand tools. Requires basic mechanical aptitude, hand-tool familiarity, basic computer skills, and the ability to read instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Performs repetitive bench and line assembly of various shock products, including subassembly work, packaging, and hardware kitting. Operates equipment and hand tools such as arbor presses, spring compressors, hose saws, crimpers, lathes, parts washers, and vises. Rotates among workstations based on production needs and follows written, oral, diagrammed, and scheduled instructions. Requires basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
