Analyze healthcare claims and related structured data to monitor KPIs, support clinical and operational initiatives, build dashboards and recurring reports, perform exploratory analyses, document methods and assumptions, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business questions into actionable, reproducible insights.

Provide outpatient orthopedic care via telehealth and in-person visits at PCP offices: diagnose, order imaging, perform injections, create treatment plans, coordinate with PTs and physicians, and contribute product feedback. Full-time, Monday–Friday with benefits.

Handle inbound/outbound patient calls: schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments; collect and verify demographics and insurance; register new patients; process referrals; scan medical records; perform data entry and liaise between patients, clinical staff, and departments.
