Lead accounting and finance operations for a value-based musculoskeletal care company: oversee AP/AR/GL/payroll, ensure GAAP compliance, prepare financial statements, manage budgeting/forecasting/cash flow, support CEO/board with FP&A and strategic analysis, coordinate audits, implement controls and accounting systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide outpatient orthopedic care via telehealth and in-person visits at PCP offices: diagnose, order imaging, perform injections, create treatment plans, coordinate with PTs and physicians, and contribute product feedback. Full-time, Monday–Friday with benefits.

Handles inbound and outbound patient calls, schedules and reschedules appointments, verifies insurance eligibility, updates demographic records, processes referrals, scans medical records, performs data entry, and coordinates communication between patients, medical staff, and departments. Requires Spanish bilingual proficiency, strong communication and empathy, professional phone etiquette, technology comfort, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is a fully remote, part-time or full-time position.
