The Senior Storyboard Artist will transform scripts into storyboards, mentor junior artists, and collaborate on cinematic storytelling while meeting deadlines.

Processes employee work visa applications, reviews immigration paperwork, supports permanent residency applications, and maintains immigration tracking records. Manages onboarding and employee orientation, coordinates first-day paperwork, prepares employee files and handbooks, sends employment contracts, updates HR records, and maintains physical and digital filing systems. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and related immigration or HR experience.

Manages artist engagement, retention, conflict resolution, contract renewals, performance reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and studio culture initiatives. Serves as a trusted liaison among artists, production leadership, and studio management while advocating for crew well-being and supporting talent transitions across animation projects.
