Sells crushing, screening, conveying, and washing equipment support services to current and prospective customers. Conducts needs analyses, cold outreach, negotiations, and presentations; resolves customer issues; meets sales targets; coordinates with internal teams; tracks territory opportunities and reports market activity. Travels daily and overnight as needed to maintain customer relationships and provide on-site operational support.

Manage sales strategy and the full sales cycle across a central Utah territory. Build customer relationships, prospect for new business, analyze market and competitor trends, negotiate and close equipment sales, report performance metrics, collaborate across teams, and relay customer feedback. The role serves crushing, mining, aggregate production, and heavy equipment customers and requires travel throughout the territory.

Owns technical solutions for crushing and aggregate projects, including feed characterization, circuit and flowsheet design, mass balances, equipment selection and sizing, layouts, transfer points, throughput commitments, technical scopes, estimating support, commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting. The role is based onsite in Murray, Utah, with approximately 10–30% travel to quarries and plants.
