Works with clients and delivery teams to discover business needs, analyze processes and systems, define requirements, create user stories and process models, support solution design and testing, manage traceability, and enable business readiness. The role spans data, integration, AI, cloud, and broader technology projects, while also contributing to pre-sales discovery and internal process improvements.

Owns end-to-end marketing campaigns for Adaptiv’s Australian market, covering positioning, content, creative production, demand generation, nurture, sales handover and performance reporting. The role produces collateral, presentations, social graphics, event assets and video; manages brand guidelines, website, SEO, social media, marketing automation and CRM workflows; supports trade shows, sponsorships and tenders; and translates complex technical topics into clear, engaging content.

Lead delivery of multiple data and analytics projects, coordinating planning, budgets, risks, governance and stakeholder engagement. Work with Data Engineers, Solution Architects and consultants to remove blockers, run workshops, manage financials, resource planning and improve delivery processes while maintaining client relationships and project quality.
