Leads and grows a substation physical engineering department serving utility clients. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, technical delivery, staffing, resource allocation, quality, safety, financial performance, client relationships, business development, and engineering standards. Provides executive oversight for substation design, grounding, lightning protection, station service, equipment selection, constructability, and engineering studies across distribution through 765kV transmission projects. Supports digital design workflows, 3D modeling, modernization, grid resiliency, construction, commissioning, and continuous improvement.

Execute functional, regression, integration, automated, manual, and UAT testing for ServiceNow solutions in a secure federal environment. Design and maintain ATF test suites, validate workflows, integrations, configurations, access controls, and releases, track and verify defects, document test evidence, and coordinate with analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders on acceptance criteria and release readiness.

Develop, implement, and optimize digital and social media strategies and content to increase engagement and website traffic. Use social listening and analytics tools to monitor sentiment, produce insights and performance reports, support campaign messaging, editorial calendars, audience outreach, and collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams.
