Leads a national Business Development Manager team across Canada, setting sales targets, driving revenue and partner acquisition, managing performance, optimizing territories, and developing sales talent. Owns sales dashboards, forecasting, KPI reporting, CRM adoption, and accountability processes. Builds strategic partner relationships, supports negotiations, collaborates cross-functionally, ensures regulatory compliance, and travels regularly to conduct field visits and coaching.

Analyse high-volume consumer auto credit files using automated decision tools. Evaluate vehicle collateral, detect fraud, apply risk policies, handle dealer calls, recommend financing structures, document decisions, and support post-finance reviews and quality audits.

Supports credit approvers by analyzing customer credit files, completing applications through inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, entering data, and performing credit adjudication with training provided. Provides professional customer service while working in a bilingual English and French environment. The role is primarily office-based four days weekly, with one remote day and one rotating weekend shift monthly.
