Leads sales strategy, strategic partnerships, and growth plans for Costco, Amazon, and Canadian retail accounts. Manages major customer relationships, negotiations, brokers, forecasts, pricing, profitability, and annual planning. Partners cross-functionally with product development, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to align customer commitments with manufacturing capabilities and commercial goals. Requires significant Costco experience, durable-goods or furniture industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and up to 25% travel.

Provides comprehensive HR support across Canadian operations, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, attendance, leaves, accommodations, onboarding, payroll and HRIS audits, compliance, and HR programs. The role partners with plant leaders across multiple locations, maintains confidential records, supports policy implementation, and travels regularly to operational sites.

Owns end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and performance analysis for 7–10 group companies. Leads month-end and year-end close, manufacturing costing, financial statement preparation, audits, tax support, KPI development, and finance process improvements. Partners with Sales and Operations on pricing, profitability, and business decisions while coaching accounting staff and supporting acquisitions, integrations, and multi-entity reporting.
