Independently fabricate and weld stainless steel tanks, vessels, and assemblies to ASME/AWS standards. Perform MIG and intermediate TIG welding, fit-up, grinding, polishing, dimensional verification, and inspection. Interpret engineering drawings, set up equipment, operate lifts and forklifts, maintain workstation cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and mentor junior fabricators. Must pass an in-person skills assessment.

Perform complex stainless-steel fabrication and TIG/MIG welding to ASME and AWS standards for tanks and pressure vessels. Interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs, lead and mentor junior fabricators, conduct in-process quality checks, document non-conformances, qualify WPS/PQRs, operate cranes/lifts, enforce PPE and safety, and support continuous improvement.

Lead all on-site plant operations for a stainless steel fabrication facility, owning production, safety, quality, maintenance, P&L, and people leadership. Drive turnaround initiatives, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, manage outsourced HR/accounting partners, and report operational and financial performance to the CEO. Maintain on-site presence and foster a safety-first, high-performance culture.

Grind, polish, deburr, and clean stainless steel products to specification; remove excess welds and discoloration; perform minor final assembly and inspections; use measuring tools and power equipment; maintain tooling, workspace cleanliness, and follow ASME and safety/PPE procedures while collaborating with fabricators and welders.
