Coordinate end-to-end transportation activities for key accounts, including shipment scheduling, dispatching, routing, tracking, exception handling, client communication, onboarding, inventory transitions, reporting, and escalation management. The role supports sales, manages customer inquiries, works with vendors and partners, uses TMS and WMS platforms, and identifies service and process improvements.

Supports key client accounts by coordinating sales, operations, pricing, quotes, RFPs, reporting, and transportation or warehouse solutions. The role manages client inquiries, escalations, account opportunities, presentations, SOP development, and process improvements while partnering across departments. It requires logistics or freight-forwarding experience, freight pricing knowledge, customer service skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel to support national operations.

Manage accounting for Netherlands entities, oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, and improve financial systems. Collaborate with CFO and finance team.
