Teams at Icarus

Design, build, and improve bench and system-level test setups for aircraft hardware (avionics, power, sensors). Perform incoming inspection, bring-up, troubleshooting, environmental/qualification testing, develop HIL and automated tests, capture/analyze data, document results, and support integration, production bring-up, and flight test in the field.

First dedicated IT hire responsible for end-to-end IT: provisioning, identity and access management, M365 administration, endpoint and asset management across Windows/macOS/Linux, network and factory infrastructure support, scripting automation, documentation, and building controls for NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance. Provide front-line support and own IT tooling and processes.

Lead and build Icarus's end-to-end supply chain for aerospace flight hardware: sourcing, procurement, supplier management, inventory, materials planning, logistics, and compliance. Define strategy, stand up systems (ERP/MRP, KPIs, receiving/inspection), mitigate long-lead and single-source risks, negotiate terms, and scale supply from prototype to high-rate production while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and the CEO.
