Coordinate inbound patient calls and schedule ophthalmology and optometry appointments with appropriate providers. Collect demographic, insurance, and medical information; explain referrals; arrange diagnostic testing; and protect patient health information. The role requires professional, empathetic communication in a high-volume call center, multitasking, attention to detail, and familiarity with healthcare systems. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred, as is NextGen experience.

Maintains, monitors, secures, and supports organizational networks, telecommunications systems, and related equipment. Provides first-level technical support, analyzes and escalates issues, manages system access, mitigates risks, supports disaster recovery planning, coordinates with vendors, and evaluates new technologies. The role also guides change initiatives and may support team self-management while operating with independent judgment and minimal supervision.

Provide comprehensive vision exams, recommend corrective and preventive solutions, educate patients on eye health, collaborate with ophthalmology subspecialties, and travel between South Florida clinic locations. Residency training and Spanish language ability are assets. New graduates encouraged to apply.
