Manage trading platform performance and trade flow for a CFD brokerage. Troubleshoot execution and connectivity, support risk operations, oversee liquidity and overnight adjustments, drive automation and project rollouts, support FIX API integrations, and produce trade/flow analytics while collaborating with tech, risk, compliance, and client teams.

The Technical Manager will lead the modernization of core technology platforms, define architectural standards, and guide teams in implementing scalable solutions.

Lead a small quantitative research team for a trading desk: set research direction, build and defend hands-on models, backtest hedging strategies, reason about liquidity and market microstructure, and work closely with analysts and engineers to turn real data into evidence-driven trading decisions.
