The Technical Manager will lead the modernization of core technology platforms, define architectural standards, and guide teams in implementing scalable solutions.

Lead and improve a 24/7 technical support/ITSM function: manage incidents, problems, changes, SLAs, reporting, team performance, runbooks, and cross-team escalation to ensure service stability and operational excellence.

Analyze and document current trading platform integrations (MT4/MT5/cTrader/in-house), gather and elicit business and system requirements, create process and data flow documentation, support UAT and system testing, liaise between stakeholders, vendors and developers, and ensure integration services meet business needs.
