Conduct end-to-end quantitative research for electronic trading and pricing across FX, metals, indices, commodities, and crypto. Develop reference-price, spread, markup, inventory, order-flow, and predictive models using high-frequency market data. Backtest, simulate, validate, deploy, monitor, and retire models in collaboration with trading and engineering teams. Apply strong market microstructure knowledge, statistics, time-series modeling, Python, and SQL to improve production quoting systems.

Build and maintain production-quality quantitative code, including data pipelines, analytical tools, and models. Convert research prototypes into tested, reviewed, scheduled software while implementing verification checks, ensuring reproducibility, and identifying data-quality issues. The role requires advanced Python and SQL, software architecture expertise, data pipeline orchestration, applied statistics, and strong communication. Experience with financial trading, market data, trading platforms, liquidity systems, or production machine learning is beneficial.

Provide customer support through live chat, phone, and email; explain trading platforms, products, and account procedures; investigate trades; handle complaints; and maintain high communication and client satisfaction standards. The role requires multitasking, KPI focus, teamwork, financial markets knowledge, and flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays in an on-site Limassol environment.
