Maintain CRM records, nurture pipelines, represent the platform at industry events, share market feedback, and stay informed on insurance and technology trends. The role offers a path toward territory ownership as a Regional Sales Manager.

Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls to retail insurance agents, qualify prospects, build pipeline, educate agents on the digital wholesale insurance platform, and schedule qualified opportunities for Regional Sales Managers. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with leads, meet activity and lead-generation targets, and relay agent feedback to sales leadership. The role is full-time and in-office in downtown Cleveland.

Generate new business through high-volume outbound calls to retail insurance agents, qualify prospects, build pipeline, explain the digital wholesale insurance platform, maintain accurate CRM records, and hand qualified opportunities to Regional Sales Managers. The role requires strong phone presence, persistent follow-up, organization, and an insurance producer license or the ability to obtain one.

Own and mature compliance programs across two insurance entities, including policies, training, monitoring, audits, licensing, producer oversight, AML, anti-fraud, tax, premium trust, and fiduciary account compliance. Manage carrier, MGA, reinsurance, vendor, and technology contracts while supporting privacy compliance under GLBA and state laws. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Product, Technology, regulators, and external advisors on audits, platform governance, licensing, and insurance distribution requirements.
