Lead design and implementation of software architectures across firmware, embedded, and server-side systems for datacenter hardware. Drive R&D from concept to prototype, develop proprietary IP, align local roadmaps with global tech leadership, establish coding standards and architectural reviews, mentor local engineers, and prepare the Batam software engineering site for launch.

Design and develop low-level firmware and BIOS/UEFI bootloaders for enterprise server motherboards. Implement BSSN-compliant secure-boot and cryptographic routines. Write and optimize Linux kernel device drivers, debug hardware with JTAG/emulators, collaborate with local hardware teams and UAE R&D, and maintain compliance documentation for government audits.

Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and resolution for cloud infrastructure and web application issues, document customer interactions, deepen product knowledge, and relay product feedback to engineering. Work full-time PST hours remotely to support international SaaS clients.
