Create and manage social media content for a Bali wellness resort, including short-form video, photography, copywriting, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, analytics, trend research, and event coverage. Develop strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels to promote accommodation, yoga, spa, dining, wellness programs, teacher training, and events.

Drive on-ground commercial operations across Indonesia by sourcing and managing vendors, developing retail and distributor relationships, supporting sales pipelines, tracking distribution metrics, and maintaining operational documentation. The role requires field mobility, independent travel, bilingual Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and AI assistants. Based in Canggu, Bali, the specialist will provide market insights and coordinate closely with overseas leadership.

Provide on-site administrative and operational support for an international company’s Bali presence. Coordinate travel, accommodation, calendars, meetings, transportation, vendors, events, expenses, and local errands for international leaders, employees, and partners. Serve as the liaison between headquarters and Bali’s local ecosystem, using Bahasa Indonesia, English, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
