Partners with business owners, IT teams, management, and vendors across utility operations while providing technical guidance and mentoring. The role also supports billing, invoicing, customer service, regulatory compliance, data analysis, quality assurance, change control, and multimillion-dollar budgets.

Delivers organisational design and people solutions projects, including organisation structures, role design, accountabilities, and Hay job evaluations. Manages project workstreams, stakeholder engagement, diagnostics, risks, reporting, and change activities while applying HR policies and frameworks. Supports business growth, continuous improvement, data-informed people practices, and inclusive workplace initiatives.
