Lead development and continuous improvement of incident response capability for IT/OT environments. Own major incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee incident response governance, playbooks and exercises, drive post-incident reviews, mentor analysts, and advise senior stakeholders to strengthen organisational cyber resilience and regulatory compliance.

Develop and maintain CAD construction drawing packages and system maps, create SAP work orders and estimates, confirm gas pressures with GasCalc, manage DigSafe tickets, support mapping and drafting needs across departments, liaise with Mass DOT and external partners, and train engineering staff on company CAD standards.

Manage and improve HSQE/IMS processes for Transmission Network Operations: deliver audit plans, manage corrective actions and documentation, administer scorecards, maintain risk framework and reporting, coordinate non-conformities and HSQE analytics, and support accreditation compliance (ISO standards).
