Administers New York workers’ compensation claims and insurance programs, including claim reviews, settlements, reserves, payments, hearings, return-to-work programs, and third-party recovery. Coordinates with employees, managers, carriers, vendors, legal counsel, and HR. Supports insurance renewals, cost reduction initiatives, OSHA recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and claims-management systems.

Senior individual-contributor who defines enterprise network security architecture and roadmap, leads design/implementation of firewalls, SWG, WAF, SD-WAN security and segmentation, provides senior escalation for incidents, governs standards, mentors engineers, and manages vendor/outsourced relationships to modernize and automate network security infrastructure.

Implements and supports enterprise network security solutions, including SD-WAN, firewalls, secure web gateways, and WAFs. Designs network security architectures, manages vendors, performs infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoots incidents, conducts risk assessments and cyber investigations, supports forensic research, and recommends corrective actions. The role also monitors security effectiveness and resolves network security infrastructure issues.
