Lead day-to-day safe, compliant, and efficient operations of a combined-cycle cogeneration and peaking plant. Supervise ~10 technicians, manage outages, optimize performance and heat rate, oversee CMMS and DCS usage, coordinate with asset management/trading, ensure environmental permit compliance, plan and execute projects, control O&M costs, and serve rotating manager-on-call duties.

Embedded within Digital product teams, the Data Scientist delivers insights, owns KPIs and Power BI dashboards, analyses customer journeys and experiments (A/B tests), defines success metrics, ensures data quality and governance, and partners with product and engineering to drive evidence-based decisions and automation using SQL, Python and ML techniques.

Lead procurement activities including tendering, contract negotiation, commercial risk management and supplier selection. Manage multiple high-value contracts and advise stakeholders to ensure timely, ethical, and value-based sourcing aligned to business needs and procurement processes.
