Supports annual merit and incentive cycles, regulatory compliance, audits, rate cases, system updates, and compensation projects. Partners with HR, talent acquisition, managers, and employees to analyze data, communicate recommendations, and resolve compensation-related business needs.

Leads enterprise AI engagement and transformation initiatives, partnering with business, IT, and data teams to identify use cases, redesign processes, drive adoption, and realize measurable value. Responsibilities include AI readiness, governance, risk management, vendor engagement, KPI tracking, pilot-to-production support, monitoring, and lifecycle sustainment. The role requires strong utility or heavy-asset industry knowledge, cross-functional workshop facilitation, change leadership, and practical experience delivering AI or automation initiatives in regulated operational environments.
