Maintains and supports computer systems, servers, virtualization platforms, operating systems, identity and access management, Office 365, Exchange, backups, and data center infrastructure. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, performs system upgrades, supports help desk escalations, monitors infrastructure, documents resolutions, and assists with disaster recovery and failover processes. The role requires after-hours, weekend, and on-call availability, along with effective communication across technical and nontechnical teams.

Performs pre-funding and post-closing audits for new and renewed loans, verifies compliance with bank policies and regulations, updates loan records, tracks documentation exceptions, supports exception resolution, manages documents in Hyland, and prepares compliance self-audits. The role also maintains accurate loan system records and participates in credit quality and governance meetings.

Reviews invoices, obtains vendor W-9 forms, prepares payments, reconciles credit card and fuel card statements, processes wire transfer memos and restitution payments, and assists with vendor acquisition and bidding. The role also generates reports and performs additional operational duties while maintaining effective communication, organization, and follow-up.
