Support accounting team: enter and verify invoices and expense reports, prepare supplier payments, perform bank reconciliations, post monthly French payroll journals, assist monthly closings and year-end audits, prepare VAT returns, contribute to consolidation and financial analyses, update procedures, and support internal tool projects.

Support the accounting team by verifying and entering invoices and expense reports, preparing supplier payments, assisting with periodic closings and year-end audit, performing ad-hoc financial analyses, and updating accounting procedures.

Work directly with the Founder & CEO to validate and build a new venture: conduct market research and customer discovery, create business cases and financial analyses, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, develop operating processes and pilots, and test AI-enabled workflows to move the opportunity from concept to execution.
