Senior Legal Counsel responsible for complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, group financing, refinancing, debt compliance, security documentation, bonding facilities, and shareholder matters. The role involves structuring and negotiating transaction and financing documents, coordinating external counsel and internal teams, supporting management decisions, and advising on legal and commercial risks across international jurisdictions.

Lead and execute India tax compliance: prepare and file TDS/TCS and GST returns, reconcile tax data with books, manage GST registrations, coordinate with external advisors for CIT and transfer pricing, support tax audits, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure correct deferred tax accounting and HQ reporting.

Support project development for wind power projects by assessing sites, managing permitting and land approvals, maintaining project and document databases, coordinating contracts and interdepartmental teams, supporting site activities, and monitoring project schedules and reporting.
