Manage renewable energy project development in Indonesia from award through Ready-to-Build. Coordinate land acquisition, permitting, site studies, budgets, timelines, outsourced vendors, compliance checks, documentation, stakeholder relationships, and reporting. Collaborate with engineering, investment, and business development teams to complete project requirements. The role requires at least five years of Indonesian power plant development experience and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Designs, develops, administers, and improves the company’s internal database environment and related applications. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leads database and automation projects, develops Power BI dashboards and automated reporting, and implements data integrations and workflows. The role also supports process digitalization, system configuration, user training, data quality, testing, and continuous enhancement of internal tools.

Process accounts payable transactions, supplier invoices, intercompany loans, employee reimbursements, customer collections, journal entries, and ERP documentation. Support month-end close, prepare aged-payables reports, provide accounting guidance, and identify process improvements across AP and AR. The role requires accounting expertise, ERP and accounting software proficiency, Excel skills, accuracy, organization, and strong communication.
