Support digital transformation programs across IT, digitalization, data, and AI. Responsibilities include portfolio governance, dashboard and management reporting, agile delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, workshops, vendor collaboration, and digital adoption. The role requires hands-on use of project, reporting, cloud, collaboration, and AI productivity tools while coordinating business and technology stakeholders.

Manage planning and execution of high-voltage transmission line and switchyard projects from budgeting and scheduling through site execution and delivery. Responsibilities include CAPEX and BOQ estimation, contract and material management, L2/L3 scheduling, construction support, stakeholder coordination, quality and compliance oversight, SOP development, root cause analysis, and process improvement.

Partners with Business Unit management to monitor financial performance, profitability, cash flow, OPEX, and KPIs. Leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and management presentations while identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Project Finance, and other functions. Drives reporting automation, financial transparency, planning-system enhancements, and AI-enabled finance initiatives across an international renewable energy organization.
