Perform and maintain electrical quality documentation and inspections for solar projects: in-process testing (insulation/HV/earth), FQP/QAP preparation, MTC review, contractor coordination for NC/RCA, site quality trainings, reporting, and continual improvement.

Lead and provide technical direction for the specialist engineering discipline supporting renewables projects. Manage staffing, set technical and AI-enabled process standards, ensure QA/QC, oversee subcontractor interfaces, review contracts, support risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across project acquisition, execution, and completion while representing the discipline internally and externally.

Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements, review subsidiary financials for uniform accounting, produce ad-hoc reports and analyses, advise stakeholders on accounting matters, use LucaNet, and support group-wide accounting standardization and process implementation.
