Lead organizational design, workforce strategy, and transformation initiatives partnering with the CPO. Own analytics, scenario modeling, headcount planning, and end-to-end implementation. Drive GTM org design, clarify roles and decision rights, build metrics, and champion practical AI adoption for people analytics and change management.

Serve as a consultative technical seller partnering with Account Managers and Consulting Faculty to lead discovery, scope engagements, align client needs to IANS consulting services, drive pipeline and revenue, leverage AI tools for insights, and help build the Consulting Technical Specialist function.

Lead FP&A for a $100M SaaS DaaS business: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, integrated ARR/NRR/EBITDA models, board and investor reporting, strategic financial analysis, and build/mentor the FP&A team while partnering with Sales, Accounting, and executive leadership.
