The Consulting Sales Engineer will provide technical support during sales, engage with clients, and help refine the Consulting Sales process in a new team focused on growth.

Manage day-to-day office operations at Boston HQ including supplies, conference rooms, vendor coordination, meeting and event support, candidate and visitor logistics, light administrative tasks (onboarding, expense processing), and employee experience initiatives to maintain a welcoming, organized workplace.

Build, test, and operate production agent capabilities and tools within an established platform. Implement RAG, retrieval, tool protocols, and evaluation suites. Ship full-stack features using Go, Python, and React/TypeScript, deploy on AWS, and ensure observability, security, and compliance. Collaborate in design/reviews and grow ownership of subsystems over time.
