Support the Customer Success team with client onboarding, coordination, follow-ups, query resolution, documentation, reporting, and platform-related support. Maintain trackers using Excel or Google Sheets, coordinate with internal teams, escalate issues, and help ensure a smooth client experience. The role is on-site in Delhi and may require travel to the North region for client support.

Build and experiment with AI agents and LangGraph workflows, develop and optimize LLM prompts, test and debug AI solutions, and help evaluate AI-powered features. The intern will explore emerging AI tools and technologies while collaborating with the team. Strong Python programming, DSA knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and eagerness to learn are required. Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, AI APIs, or related projects is beneficial.

Assist with monitoring and maintaining AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure. Support cloud automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident triage, cost optimization, documentation, IAM reviews, and basic security compliance activities while gaining practical cloud operations and DevOps experience.
