Leads the full lifecycle of events, brand activations, conventions, festivals, mailers, and special projects. Responsibilities include scoping, budgeting, vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, production timelines, on-site execution, post-event reporting, and KPI evaluation. The role mentors project managers and coordinators, improves workflows, resolves escalations, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports capacity planning. Domestic and international travel, weekend work, and on-site event leadership are required.
