Improve processes and SAP configuration, partner with commercial and group stakeholders, and support external/internal audit and governance to build a scalable finance function.

Lead marketing transformation by identifying and delivering AI, automation, and MarTech solutions that improve campaign effectiveness, productivity, and adoption. Embed behavioural science into campaign planning, influence stakeholders to change ways of working, measure impact (resource savings, performance gains), and collaborate across marketing, data, technology, and insight to deliver the transformation roadmap.
