Supervise production lines across three shifts, manage shift supervisors, track OEE and KPIs, lead Kaizen and 5S activities, ensure quality and safety, manage payroll/incident records in Kronos, and drive continuous improvement to meet production targets.

Lead strategic platform management for multiple programs across manufacturing sites, accountable for customer satisfaction, profitability, launches, cross-functional alignment, and talent development. Serve as executive customer liaison, drive financial performance, mitigate program risks, and implement continuous improvement to meet product lifecycle objectives.

Plan, design, and improve assigned manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Analyze layouts, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, PFMEA management, process documentation, and implementation of corrective actions. Support production KPIs (OEE, scrap reduction), Poka-Yoke systems, and ergonomics/safety efforts.
