Analyzes financial data, budgets, forecasts, and business performance to support strategic decisions. Builds financial models, prepares reports, reconciles transactions, evaluates risks and trends, and recommends cost reductions and performance improvements. Consults with managers on long-term planning while monitoring profitability, solvency, liquidity, and financial results against forecasts.

Supervises and supports plant quality activities, including daily follow-up, document control, KPI monitoring, corrective actions, containment, audit support, reporting, and production-floor compliance. The role coordinates operational personnel and works with manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards. It requires a completed technical or engineering degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, rotating-shift availability, and knowledge of quality tools, Excel, blueprint reading, and measuring instruments.

Provides end-to-end product follow-up for automotive interiors, coordinating engineering changes, customer requirements, BOMs, routings, documentation, cost estimates, and cross-functional implementation. Serves as the link between customers and the plant while ensuring timing, cost, and quality objectives are met. Requires engineering education, automotive experience, direct customer interaction, advanced English, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, ERP systems, and engineering change processes.
