Leads the design, programming, commissioning, validation, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment and control systems. Develops PLC, HMI, robotic, vision, servo, and process-control solutions; supports launches, capital equipment projects, troubleshooting, safety, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve OEE, quality, scrap, cycle time, and cost. Trains personnel and supports equipment installation, startup, cybersecurity, and manufacturing systems integration.

Develops and optimizes quoting software, cost models, databases, workflows, and automated processes for primary injection molds. Analyzes manufacturing, material, labor, tooling, logistics, and supplier costs; supports profitability and business acquisition decisions. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and program management teams to validate quotes, improve processes, and standardize methodologies. Builds reporting and dashboards, supports system integrations, trains users, and drives automation, analytics, and digital manufacturing improvements.

Leads automotive product launches from program award through production readiness. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, tooling, suppliers, customers, and program management; maintains schedules, tracks APQP and PPAP deliverables, manages tooling and production trials, addresses risks and engineering changes, and supports safe launch activities. Requires occasional travel to customers, suppliers, and tooling locations.
