Plan, design, and improve assigned manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Analyze layouts, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, PFMEA management, process documentation, and implementation of corrective actions. Support production KPIs (OEE, scrap reduction), Poka-Yoke systems, and ergonomics/safety efforts.

Lead and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System and manage the Metrology Laboratory. Coordinate audits, corrective actions, calibration programs, MSA studies, and provide metrology support for APQP/PPAP and production. Drive continuous improvement, train staff, and report quality and metrology KPIs to ensure dimensional compliance and audit readiness.

Manage capital equipment processes from raw material to finished goods. Develop and establish process controls and parameters to meet safety, quality, cycle, scrap, and labor standards. Train personnel, document controls, participate in PFMEA, and lead continuous improvement and scrap reduction. Provide hands-on technical support with Maintenance and Quality, program and debug PLCs, HMIs, Fanuc robots, servos, VFDs, and Keyence vision/safety systems.
