IAC Group Benefits Overview

Leads automotive trim engineering and digitization of trim patterns for interior products. Manages trim engineers, development sewers, and technical staff while supporting product development, prototypes, launches, and production. Provides technical expertise in cut, sew, and wrap processes, pattern development, seam design, materials, manufacturing feasibility, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, design, and production teams and oversees team development, budgets, staffing, and performance.

Serve as primary quality contact to manage customer quality (APQP/PPAP), analyze process capability, lead audits and supplier development, maintain control plans, and train inspection personnel to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Plan, design, and improve assigned manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Analyze layouts, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, PFMEA management, process documentation, and implementation of corrective actions. Support production KPIs (OEE, scrap reduction), Poka-Yoke systems, and ergonomics/safety efforts.
