Provide executive and administrative support to the Vice-President and leadership team: manage calendars, travel and expenses, organize documents and meetings, prepare presentations and dashboards, track approvals and budgets, support internal communications, draft/translate/proofread executive documents, and recommend process improvements.

Provide administrative support to IT Infrastructure and Operations leadership: manage calendars, travel, meetings, document drafting/proofreading, reports, expense and invoice processing, budget tracking, procurement, timesheet verification, and collaborate with sector administrative staff.

Supervise compliance for managed accounts: perform quarterly portfolio and pooled fund trade reviews; review/approve NCAFs, KYC, and IPS; advise and train Portfolio Managers; resolve compliance issues; enhance supervision systems and stay current on regulatory changes.
