Conduct branch and sub-branch compliance audits across Quebec, reviewing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Interview representatives and support staff, provide training, issue audit reports, follow up on remediation, analyze complex compliance issues, and recommend solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of mutual funds, OCRI regulations, independent work, frequent travel, and communication in French and English.

Lead development and oversight of credit risk framework, policies, underwriting and adjudication. Monitor credit exposures, prepare financial risk reports, develop risk indicators and limits, and contribute to PD/LGD/EAD modeling, internal capital, ORSA and stress-testing initiatives to minimize credit losses and ensure regulatory compliance.

Analyze and settle extended mechanical warranty claims across Canada for automobiles, recreational vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, ATVs, and boats. Review coverage, authorize eligible benefits, assign inspectors, identify abusive or fraudulent claims, communicate with customers and internal teams, escalate claims exceeding authorization limits, and negotiate overpayments and applicable credits or reimbursements.
