The role requires strong analytical, research, numerical, and Microsoft Office skills, relevant consulting, investment banking, or Big Four experience, and authorization to work in Austria.

Supports technology M&A and corporate development projects by analyzing companies, technologies, industries, and business models; preparing transaction documents, business plans, and valuations; managing work packages; and generating deal flow. The trainee works with international founders and the advisory team on cross-border transactions. This is a 3- or 6-month internship starting April 2027, with potential for full-time employment.
